Top female baby names include Mary, Alice, Victoria, and Elizabeth. Popular boys’ names include Albert, Arthur, and Frederick. The baby’s date of birth is predicted to be at some point during the final week of April. Inside Edition claims Royal family fans are camped outside of a London hospital waiting for William and Kate’s baby to be born.
