Camille Cosby Went Off on Facebook About Her Husband’s Conviction
CAMILLE COSBY says her husband BILL’s conviction was “mob justice”. She also said the media took away his right to a fair trial, and the prosecutor was just in it for professional and economic advancement.
To say BILL COSBY’s wife CAMILLE is upset about her husband’s conviction would be an understatement. She WENT OFF in a long Facebook post yesterday.
She said the media took away his right to a free trial, and she called the prosecutor and his associates, quote, “a homogeneous group of exploitative and corrupt people, whose primary purpose is to advance themselves professionally and economically at the expense of Mr. Cosby’s life.
“She also gave some examples of black men who’d been wrongly convicted of crimes, and said, quote, “Once again, an innocent person has been found guilty based on an unthinking, unquestioning, unconstitutional frenzy propagated by the media and allowed to play out in a supposed court of law.
“This is mob justice, not real justice. This tragedy must be undone not just for Bill Cosby, but for the country.”
But she added, quote, “Someday the truth will prevail, it always does.”
