According to KHQ, Diallo is being accused of Welfare Fraud, perjury, and more.

Apparently, she received close to $9k in illegal food assistance, in addition to money for child care.

The funds are being labeled illegal due to Diallo's failure to report income that would have disqualified her from receiving public assistance.

A lot of the income came from a book deal and money she received from public speaking engagements.

If convicted, she faces up to 15 years behind bars.
