Cardi B Says She’s Suffered ‘Complications’ Since Giving Birth
It’s been tough sledding medically for Cardi B since giving birth to her first child. We know this because Cardi is looking for a pause to lawsuit against her. According to new legal documents, Cardi’s filed a motion asking for an extension of the deadline for her to answer lawyers’ questions.
The lawsuit stems from Cardi’s use of a tattooed model on her album cover. The plaintiff believes the the image uses his tattoo design. He wants to be compensated for it.
TMZ has obtained the documents related to the motion. In them, Cardi’s lawyers say she suffered “unanticipated post-partum complications.”
