Variety has confirmed that a "Breaking Bad" movie is in the works by the show's creator, Vince Gilligan.
It's not clear whether or not the movie will be in theaters or on TV. There's also no word on the premise of the movie. The Albuquerque Journal has a logline that says the movie "tracks the escape of a kidnapped man and his quest for freedom." It's also reported that the title will be "Greenbriar," but that could change. Filming is to start in mid-November.
