A new bill that was just proposed would make it illegal for you to smoke on any beach in Florida! Here's how it would work... officers would issue a citation ($25 or 10 hours of community service) to any person smoking on a public beach.
The 2019 legislative session begins on March 5 and if passed, the law would go into effect July 1.
