Here’s something that you need to know, a judge in Oakland, California has ruled that the fifth amendment protects people from being required to unlock their iPhone with their thumb, iris or any other body part during a criminal investigation.
Although not all courts have come to this conclusion, the fifth amendment states that “no one shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself.”
