Chris Brown Released Without Charges in Paris After Rape Accusation Chris Brown has been released, without bail, from a Paris jail after accusations that he raped a 24-year-old model. Brown was detained along with two other men from his entourage, the office of the prosecution told TMZ that the case isn’t closed and will continue under their authority. After he was released, Brown took to Instagram and posted a meme that said “That B___ lyin’” and added the caption, “I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR…..THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP! NNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!! FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!”
