Not Ja Rule. He is now in the app business. What does his app do? It's a celebrity entertainment booking and concierge service app. You can book celebs through it. The very thing that got him caught up with Billy McFarland. Ja Rule has denied any and all liability in the Fyre Festival but this app now has people wondering.
