R.Kelly spent a 2nd night in jail because he "really doesn't have any money" according to his lawyer.
He has a $1 million bond which means he needed to post $100,000 in order to get out. According to his lawyer, he's broke as a result of mismanagement and bad contracts. He is also facing jail time for being nearly $170,000 behind on child support payments. He has another court appearance scheduled for Monday.
