On Saturday night, a 14-year-old girl punched a man dressed as President Donald Trump as he stood in line at the Collier County Fairgrounds while her friends recorded it for Instagram.
The girl faces a misdemeanor charge of battery.
The man was not working at the "Haunted Gross Walk", but was waiting in line with his family.
The Insta video is no longer view able as the incident is being investigated.
