Teacher’s Tik Tok Video Explains Why He Allowed Student To Sleep During Test
A teacher’s video on Tik Tok is going viral on social media for all the right reasons.
Brandon Holeman, an 8th-grade teacher in Kentucky, explained that sometimes “life can hit hard, and we all need some grace” after a student entered his classroom visibly upset.
Another student informed Holeman that the upset student had just lost his grandfather the day before, according to Sunnyskyz.
Holeman explains on Tik Tok that he approached the situation by discretely giving the student a sticky note that told him he was “sorry for his loss” and promised he would receive a 100% on the test they were all about to take.
