Pharrell Puts $17 Million Beverly Hills Mansion On the Market
Pharrell has recently put his mansion on the market. The producer-rapper listed his Beverly Hills mega-mansion for $16, 950,000, as Rap-Up reports.
The mega-mansion is a 17,000-square-foot architectural estate. It’s positioned on four acres and contains over 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
The property is glass-enclosed and features resort-style living with indoor and outdoor koi ponds and waterfalls. The estate that sits on Beverly Hills’ famous street Mulholland Drive also contains a tennis court and a huge grotto with a swim-up bar.
The mansion includes a 200-foot-long private driveway that leads to a motor court that can house up to 30 cars.
The $17 million property has several views, including the sprawling rooftop deck and the bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
In 2018, Pharrell purchased the house from director Tyler Perry for $15.6 million, according to Dirt.com. However, it’s currently unclear if the producer, his wife, Helen Lasichanh, and their four children currently reside in the mega-mansion.
Pharrell has recently been busy in the studio recording with artists, including Rihanna and Megan Thee Stallion. In June, Pharrell and his longtime Neptunes producing partner, Chad Hugo will be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
