Senator Rick Scott plans to donate his second-quarter Senate salary to St. Matthew’s House.

With so much negativity swirling right now it’s nice to find something good. Rick Scott, the Senator from Florida is going to donate his next paycheck to St. Matthew’s House in Naples. Spoiler alert – his paycheck is probably bigger than ours.

St. Matthew’s House is a wonderful organization providing meals to SWFL families in need. B1039 and Moe’s Southwest Grill do a Thanksgiving event to raise money and food every year for the house.

Thank you Rick Scott for donating your salary to a very worthy organization.
