LeBron James has a message for Laura Ingraham. On Wednesday (June 3), Ingraham supported Drew Brees who has been criticized for saying that he disapproves of NFL players kneeling during the national anthem.

The Fox News commentator said that the criticism of Brees as "Stalinist." “He’s allowed to have his view about what kneeling and the flag means to him,” Ingraham said. “I mean, he’s a person, he has some worth I would imagine. This is beyond football, though. This is totalitarian conduct. This is Stalinist.”

But back in 2018, Ingraham condemned James for expressing his views regarding racial injustice, and she told the NBA star to “shut up and dribble,” and while also telling James and other  Black athletes who were vocal about racism to “keep the political comments to yourselves.”

“It's always unwise to seek political advice from someone who gets paid $100 million a year to bounce a ball," Ingraham said. “Keep the political comments to yourselves. ... Shut up and dribble.” James responded to Ingraham on Thursday (June 4) via Twitter. “If you still haven’t figured out why the protesting is going on. Why we’re acting as we are is because we are simply [expletive] tired of this treatment right here!” he tweeted.

“Can we break it down for you any simpler than this right here? And to my people don’t worry I won’t stop until I see.” James also took to Instagram and shared a video where Ingraham's past comments appeared. "You thought I would [be silenced].  Yeah look. I’m louder than EVER," James wrote in the caption of his post. "Black Lives Matter."

"We wit u king. Our greatness will prevail," Snoop Dogg commented underneath James' video. Other celebrities showed support of Lebron James' response to Ingraham, including La La Anthony, Kevin Hart, and Quavo, among others.
