Florida Man Arrested After Attempting to Cash in Lottery Ticket From Store That He Stole It From A 27 year old man is accused of stealing 13 scratch off lottery tickets from a Speedway convenience store in Clearwater, Florida. After he stole the scratch offs he returned to the store to cash in his $30 winning ticket.
