Jamie Lee Curtis, 62, has discussed her regrets about having plastic surgery, including Botox and lipo, as she admitted that the cosmetic procedures made her "feel worse."

Per Daily Mail, the Halloween actress insisted that she's now an advocate for "not f---ing with your face."

"I did plastic surgery - it didn't work, I hated it. It made me feel worse!" Curtis said. "I tried to do everything you can do to your hair. Personally, I felt it was humiliating. I would go into a hair salon, the smell of the chemicals, the feeling of that color on my hair, sitting under the hairdryer - it was like, for what?"

Curtis said that very early on in her career she had a perm and dyed her hair for a movie role, but it burned the hair off of her head. "The first time I cut my hair short I went, 'Oh! Oh my god. Oh wow! I look like me!' Since then I stopped dyeing it, and then I've been an advocate for not f---ing with your face."

The actress has an issue with the term "anti-aging," saying, "What are you talking about? We're all going to f---ing age! We're all going to die. Why do you want to look 17 when you're 70? I want to look 70 when I'm 70."

Nearly 40 years ago, Curtis revealed a cameraman's comments about her "puffy eyes" on the set of Perfect led her to first go under the knife. "Before anybody did that, I had fat taken from underneath my eyes because I was on a movie and I was puffy. ... And I can remember the cameraman saying, 'I can't shoot her.' I remember being mortified."

She added, "I've had a little lipo. I've had a little Botox. And you know what? None of it works. None of it. It's such a fraud. And I'm the one perpetuating it."

Curtis said all of this obsession with filtering and trendy cosmetic procedures are "wiping out generations of beauty. Once you mess with your face, you can't get it back," the actress warned.
