Halloween pictures capture some of the most memorable moments in our lifetime and let’s face it, on Halloween night most all of us have our cameras out and are ready to take those shots of our kids in costumes just before we head out of the door and down the street for some candy.

Some of the best Halloween pictures are taken before the night starts to fall when we’re usually working to get everyone all set, costumes ready, candy bags in hand and it can get a bit hectic.

I take my Halloween images sometimes days before or earlier in the day to make sure I have the time to get creative and get the best shots I can.

Here are a few tips to getting those Halloween pictures just right, even if they are taken a few days before October 31st.
