Parents Sue 30 Year Old Son To Force Him To Move Out Of The House
I mean, you’re 30 and still living with your parents. That should be enough motivation.
Nope, yesterday the New York Supreme Court ruled in favor of Mark and Christina Rotondo. Their son Michael must leave their home within 14 days.
In the post courtroom interview, you can see he’s still pretty confused as to why.

Even after losing he’s still confused as to why he needs at least 30 days to 3 months to figure out what he wants to do next.
It’s an interesting precedent being set here. Kids can refuse to move out, and parents can sue them to force them out. The only real shocker here is that it happened in New York and not here in Florida. At one point his parents gave him $1,100 to go get set up somewhere else. He said it wasn’t enough.
