We have some phenomenal restaurants here in SWFL and 10 have a won a 2022 Restaurant Award from Wine Spectator Magazine.

Wine Spectator unveiled their list that honors the best restaurants for wine in not only the United States, but the entire world. This year’s awards went to nearly 3,200 restaurants in all 50 states and more than 70 countries.

Since 1981, Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Awards have had three levels: The “Grand Award”, The “Best of Award of Excellence” and The “Award of Excellence”. The “Award of Excellence” is given to restaurants that have both quality and diverse wines and feature over 100 on their list. The “Best of Award of Excellence” is given to restaurants that have 350 or more wine selections from top producers, with a wide variety of regions and vintage depths. The “Grand Award” is reserved for restaurants that show extraordinary commitment to wine and has only been given to 97 restaurants.

This year, Bleu Provence in Naples has been given the ultimate honor with a “Grand Award”.
