It’s International Women’s Day according to NationalToday.com we talked about it on Big Mama and The WiLD BUNCH spoke about the women who were most inspiring in our lives. Budman spoke of his teacher and how at a very young age she was the one who told him that he had a great voice. Budman grew up with that message in mind and now he’s on the radio, he says “due to the confidence his teacher bestowed on him.” Big Mama spoke about how he totally learned some lessons from women, especially “we never stop learning.” A few moments later, he whisks away to console his wife as she was in a car crash with no harm to her or the kids. Those are the ways to show someone you appreciate them to be by their side through everything, especially the turmoil.
I spoke about my Mom and my 6 aunts and how inspiring they have been in my life due to their story and their success. They came from a third-world country, the Dominican Republic, and took the stairs to be successful and self-sufficient in this country. My mom has her bachelor’s degree and is a Case Manager for displaced women with kids. They are a super close and supportive family. They help each other through thick and thin. It’s beautiful to see the love for family and the faith they have for each other and in all they do. To all international women everywhere, thank you for your role in making this world a better place.
