New Water Beetle Named After……..
And you’ll never believe why……
Contact Music claims scientists in Borneo have named a new species of water beetle after Leonardo DiCaprio. The Grouvellinus leonardodicaprioi was found at the bottom of a waterfall. The website quotes Dr. Iva Njunjic as saying; ”Tiny and black, this new beetle may not win an Oscar for charisma, but in biodiversity conservation, every creature counts.”
