Christina Aguilera Got Denied to Sing by Band
While in concert in New Orleans, Christina Aguilera told the story of the time she was denied a chance to sing by a New Orleans band that was playing at a bar.
Christina tells of how her and a couple dancers went out with her dancers for some fun, and when she asked for the mic to do an impromptu jam session she was denied. “He wouldn’t give up his mic. He was older and he wasn’t feeling it,” Aguilera reminisced. “He didn’t let me sing, so I was like well I’ll just save it for my concert tomorrow.”
