Taylor Swift’s ‘Lover’ Features An Idris Elba Cameo That Has Fans Booking Their Flights To London

Taylor Swift's new track "London Boy" is about her London boy, Joe Alwyn. But the song features another English bloke, Idris Elba. No surprise, fans were excited to hear Elba teaming up with his Cats costar. In fact, some may be packing their bags for England right now.

"We can go driving on my scooter," Elba says to open "London Boy." "Uh, you know, just riding in London."

As Cosmopolitan points out, this audio is taken from a March 2017 interview Elba did with Swift's other Cats costar James Corden on The Late Late Show. The two were discussing date ideas and no surprise, the ones Elba came up with were brilliant, mate.

One fan he even had a theory about Elba's cameo. "Taylor Swift using an Idris Elba interview clip at the beginning of 'London Boy' was done for me, I think," they wrote. While another believed this was going to lead to big things for the actor. "Taylor Swift is going to give Idris Elba a Grammy," a fan tweeted.
