Disney’s Getting Sued For Ripping Off Evel Knievel In The Toy Story 4 Movie

Disney is in trouble! If you watched Toy Story 4 then you remember Keanu Reves character Duke Caboom and how much he resembled Evel Knievel.

Well according to TMZ, Disney and Pixar are being sued by K&K Productions for ripping off Evel Knievel's image with out permission and making money off the movie and Duke Caboom toys. They say it's a clear rip off of the American motorcycle daredevil.

They are asking a judge for big time damages so they wanna get PAID!
