According to data compiled by Bloomberg News, Florida has 7 of the most expensive neighborhoods when measured by housing prices. Ranking as the most expensive in the country is no surprise. If you’re not familiar with the location, those are the big houses you see when you take one of those sightseeing cruises out of Tin City. And I really believe with listings like this, Port Royal will soon overtake Coral Gables as the most expensive neighborhood in the country. You could win the Powerball and still not be able to afford to live there.
