With the Florida Man, you never know what he’ll do next and of all things, a social media video inspired a Port Charlotte Flasher to expose himself at numerous retail stores.
Now, I know it’s getting super hot here in Southwest Florida, but that doesn’t mean it’s an excuse to bare all. Sometimes we don’t know why they do it, but in this case, we do and it’s not recommended.
It wasn’t too long ago that a guy by the name of Pee Wee was arrested for exposing himself in Port Charlotte, and now there’s another man, this time by the name of Jonhoi Francis. At first I thought it had to have been the same guy, thinking there’s no way there could be 2 flashers in such a short amount of time. I don’t know what’s happening in Port Charlotte, but keep your eyes peeled. Or covered.
NBC2 reports 22 year-old Francis allegedly exposed his genitals are 3 different stores in Port Charlotte. The first happened at the Marshalls on Veterans Blvd. A woman told police that he was just casually walking through the store around with his genitals partially exposed. An employee also backed that story up, as did surveillance video. But once isn’t enough for Francis. Later that day, he was back at it. This time at Burlington Coat Factory on Cochran Blvd doing the same thing. 3rd time’s a charm though. The final incident took place a few days later at Walmart on Tamiami Trail.

His luck ran out because police were finally able to track down the Port Charlotte flasher and Francis first told police that “that happens all the time. I must not have noticed.” But eventually he admitted to it saying that a Twitter video of a man doing the same thing gave him the inspiration to try it to see if he would get the same reaction.
While I don’t want to find the original video and see those reactions, I’m sure they were similar. But the antics of Francis got him arrested and he is now facing charges of exposure of sexual organs.
