Florida Brunch Spots Crowned Tastiest in America
There’s something special about a fantastic breakfast, lunch or dinner at a Florida brunch restaurant. Now, two Florida brunch spots have been named among the most delicious in America by dining experts. Breakfast is actually my favorite meal of the day. Because I’m a vegetarian, I find a lot of great options when it comes to breakfast food, from pancakes to cereal to scones. If you’re a Florida resident or traveling to the Sunshine State, you might want to get these brunch places on your radar.
Florida Brunch Spots Crowned Tastiest
The experts at JackpotCity, via Timeout.com, have put together a tally of the best brunch spots in America. In addition to researching the most popular brunch spots, they also discovered which states are the most “brunch-obsessed” in the U.S. As it turns out, the states that love brunch the most are New York, Texas and California, all tied for No. 1. What’s neat is that next is Florida, followed by Georgia and Illinois. So, brunch is really a big thing in the Sunshine State.
Which Florida brunch spots were named one of the best in America? Coming in at No. 7 on the list is Another Broken Egg Cafe in Clearwater Beach. Also in the top 10 is Bagatelle in Miami. If you’re curious about the others, No. 1 is Malibu Farm in Malibu, California, and No. 2 is El Buen Comer in San Francisco. But, back to the Florida spots. Another Broken Egg Cafe notes on their official website that they have a lot of pride in their dishes and aren’t your normal spot to get brunch. “Our passion is delivering uncompromising, southern-inspired culinary innovation and ‘craveably’ delicious dishes,” they note. They add, “On our menu, you will find chef-inspired, breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes as well as hand-crafted cocktails, spiked cold brews, mimosas and a full bar.” Having a mimosa at breakfast is really the perfect drink. Malibu Farm also has lots of pride in their offerings. “Although we have grown like wild weeds we are still a locally owned small business,” they write on their website. “Our food is super simply prepared, there are no secret ingredients, and many of you have been to my home picking produce and cooked the very same recipes we use at all our locations.” I’m happy to see these two Florida brunch spots recognized for their tasty brunch dishes and definitely want to give them a try.
