19 year old Mendez Rodriguez from Naples bought a THE FASTEST ROAD TO $1,000,000 scratch-off Florida lottery ticket from the Shell station on Trade Center Way in Naples. Mendez is taking her winnings in the one time payment of $790,000. I’ve sent a friend request out to Mendez, no response yet.
