We’ve heard about some celebrities doing crazy things to lose or gain some weight. Like Madonna’s air diet. Apparently, she was sniffing food and putting it back down. Literally eating air.
Some celebrities tried only eating baby food as a form of weight loss. Grown-up adults tried to lose weight by eating approximately 14 jars of baby food every day. Some celebrities have gone to the extreme to transform their bodies like actor Christian Bale, who, according to reports, lost an insane amount of weight for his movie, the machinist. The actor’s diet consisted of black coffee, an apple, and a can of tuna per day. How dangerous is this?
