You've seen the pictures of the beaches here on the West Coast of Florida, well, it's completely the opposite on the other coast.  Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood have closed their public beaches, it looks like they'll soon be closing their restaurants, too. Here's a look at South Beach on the most unusual  St. Patrick's Day I can ever remember.
