If you've been tuned into 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' you know Rob Kardashian has been MIA over the past few seasons.
However, he did make an appearance to celebrate his daughter Dream's 2nd birthday on last night's episode. The fairy-themed party was held at Aunt Kylie Jenner's house. The birthday celebration was around the same time of the devastating California wildfires.
