“Our family is grateful by the decision the Honorable Judge Robert J Branning made regarding the State Attorney’s motion for pretrial detention of Olivia Kohut. While Judge Branning did not decide to place Mrs. Kohut in custody and jail until the trial involving the tragic deaths of Chester, Dawn and Jamison Baker occurred, Judge Branning did recognize the threat Mrs. Kohut represents to the residents and drivers of Lee County and ordered her driving privileges revoked until the outcome of her criminal trial for the reckless killing of our family members. We are thankful Mrs. Kohut will no longer be legally driving and ask that if anyone sees her driving on her revoked license, please call the Lee County Sheriff’s office and report her immediately.”
