Cuba Gooding Jr.’s Accuser Total Is Up To 14
Cuba Gooding Jr. is currently going through his court hearing over accusations of sexual misconduct, and more allegations are coming to light. Page Six is reporting that there are now 14 accusers who have come forward, and one of them is claiming that the actor asked her to do some graphic acts.
According to court papers, “Cuba Gooding Jr. once told a female stranger to sit on his face and pee in his mouth.”
Goodnight has pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him by the first two women, which are two counts of forcible touching and two counts of third-degree sex abuse. He has yet to be charged in relation to the other 12 women, but prosecutors hope to introduce the claims in court.
Prosecutors say, “looking at these instances, it is clear that the defendant’s actions are intentional, rather than accidental, and he does not mistakenly believe the acts are consensual.”
Mark Heller, Gooding’s lawyer, feels women are coming forward because he is a celebrity. He explains, “None of those [claims] are accurate, none of them truthful, and I think they are simply efforts on the part of those individuals to draw themselves into the notoriety and publicity of the case.”
