Kylie Jenner Is Hoping To Trademark ‘Rise and Shine’
Kylie Jenner is apparently trademarking the very common phrase, “Rise and Shine.” Kind of.
Let’s back up a bit: Kylie Jenner recently did a YouTube video, and at one point in the video, she walks into daughter Stormi’s room and sings, “Rise and Shine” to wake her up. View the moment below at the 15:24 mark:
Since that video has come out, Kylie singing has gone viral. Miley Cyrus sang it on her Instagram page, a flight attendant sang it on a red-eye flight and the video of it received over two million views, and the hashtag #riseandshine has hit one billion views on TikTok.

Now it appears as if the reality star wants to cash in some more. TMZ is reporting that Kylie is trademarking “Riiise and Shiiine.” She has filed documents and plans on using it for accessories, clothing, and of course, cosmetics.
