Darren Martini of Cape Coral Won $41 Million on a Florida Lottery ticket

Congratulations go out to Darren Martini of Cape Coral. Darren cashed in his $41 million dollar lottery ticket at the Florida Lottery offices in Tallahassee. Darren chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $24,559,932.33. Now there’s this. He won from the $41 million FLORIDA LOTTO® jackpot drawing held on December 24, 2022. Which means he probably picked up the ticket while Christmas shopping. It’s possible he even considered giving the ticket as a gift. Darren bought his ticket at the Publix, located at 3015 Pine Island Road Southwest in Cape Coral. Just down the road from the hurricane ravaged area of Matlacha, After going through the hell of Hurricane Ian, I’m sure this winning ticket changed everything for the 57 year old Cape Coral resident.
