Try It Tuesday: Arden’s Garden Juice

Today for Try It Tuesday, I want to shine the spotlight on Arden's Garden.

I first came across Arden's Garden when my brother was living in Georgia. I was driving home after a morning of exploring Newnan in the heat. Needing something refreshing, as soon as I saw Arden's Garden, I knew I had to try it. I got a smoothie called the Bexorcist that had banana, mango, papaya, wheatgrass and ginger with pineapple and apple juices. So good!

I love the origin story of Arden's Garden. Back in 1995, Arden Zin started making juice in her kitchen as a way to help her friends and family incorporate good health into their lives. It began as door-to-door delivery, then expanded into retail stores and then into grocery stores across the country.

While right now, the only physical locations are in Georgia, you can find these delicious juices in stores and online. They have everything from veggie juices to fruit juices to detox, wellness and weight loss cleanses.

Of all the ones I've tried so far, my favorite are the veggie juices, in particular the Yoga 1. This one has Pineapple Juice, Apple Juice, Spinach, Kale, Distilled Water, Ginger, Lemon Juice. It tastes SO fresh and especially in this Florida heat, it hits the spot. I particularly like that the juices are made only with fruits and vegetables, nothing else.

We live in paradise, it's true. However, we all need a break. A change of scenery, new discoveries, they revitalize and inspire us. Summer is just the time to do it. However, if you want to really get out and go, you have to see these locations. I found them scrolling through social media over the weekend while planning my own summer getaway. There are so many place to see in the world. Some of these places are so magnificent that they don't look real. It's like stepping into a postcard when you visit.

So, I've put together a few videos that stood out to me and hope you will like them as well. No TikTok account, no worries. All you have to do is scroll down and hit play from this post. All of the videos are kid friendly and office friendly. However, I will offer one word of caution. They will cause you to check out of the real world for a minute or two, to daydream. I don't think that is a bad thing, especially while you are at work. Just look at these beautiful dream destinations for summer vacation. Even if you can't go this year, it sure is nice to fantasize about being there one day. Enjoy and happy travels, wherever you end up this summer.
