A Disney Fan Favorite Will Be Removed From 1 Popular Attraction
When you go to Walt Disney World, it’s full of magic but a Disney fan favorite will be removed from 1 popular attraction.
Disney is always evolving, adding new things and removing others. I go up there a few times a year and I feel like every time I’m there there’s something new to see. Most recently was the opening of the CommuniCore Hall & Plaza at EPCOT and the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Magic Kingdom, which I absolutely loved. And after D23 this year, there’s even more coming in the future. But with the additions of things, come things they’re making changes to. And a Disney fan favorite will be removed from 1 popular attraction.

For us living here in Florida, we don’t have to go far to see sea life. I see dolphins and manatees all the time, which I will never tire of. I get so excited to see dolphins jumping around and playing, or even just coming up for air. They’ve been a favorite of mine since I was a young girl. But for those that come to Florida on vacation, it’s possible the only way they’d see these sea creatures is at Disney, but soon that will come to an end.
It was announced this week that Disney will be moving the 3 dolphins out of the aquarium in The Seas with Nemo and Friends at EPCOT. According to WFLA, the dolphins will be relocated to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park in Florida in late October. Disney said of the move “we are making some changes that require careful thought, prioritizing the wellbeing of these sensitive marine mammals.”
