13 Non-Scary Movies For Halloween Celebration

Do you not like suspenseful, scary movies?

Though I like to get my creep on, there are a lot of “horror” movies I have not watched because I am a total wimp when it comes to being startled. I mean, my best friend is a horror buff, and when he made me watch The Conjuring, I had to watch Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone to be able to sleep.

So, with that in mind, and the fact that you JUST MIGHT HAVE KIDS, here are 13 movies that are totally not scary, but still capture the Halloween vibe.

Nightmare Before Christmas

Is it a Halloween Movie? Is it a Christmas Movie?  The answer is… BOTH. It is the only movie in the history of time that can transcend October to December without breaking a sweat. Plus the reimagined soundtrack is sick, hearing Marilyn Manson cover “This Is Halloween,” and Korn doing “Kidnap The Sandy Claws.”
