Disney+ ‘Lady And The Tramp’ Remake Casts Rescue Dog as Lead Role
Every dog has its day! And today, it’s Monte’s day.
Disney is working on a live-action Lady and the Tramp, and the dog cast as “Tramp” is an adorable rescue dog named Monte, who was adopted from a shelter in Arizona only last year.
The HALO Animal Rescue shared their joy in the news via their Facebook page where they wrote, “His adopters say he’s been such a good boy and loving life. We are all so happy for him and can’t wait to check out the movie when it comes out!”
The Lady and the Tramp remake will be released exclusively on Disney’s new streaming service, Disney+, on November 12, with Justin Theroux voicing “Tramp” and Tessa Thompson voicing “Lady.”
