Chainsmokers Criticized for Poor Social Distancing at Concert The Chainsmokers are under fire for the lack of social distancing at a recent drive-in concert for charity in The Hamptons. According to TMZ, the event got out of hand even though there were a lot of safety precautions put in place amidst the coronavirus. The concert, which took place on a massive 100-acre lot on Long Island, was supposed to be for concertgoers who bought tickets for a parking space within its perimeter while enjoying the concert.
However, 3,000 people showed up in 600 cars and most rushed inside the perimeter to get a better view of the band. Concertgoers who paid $25,000 for ticket packages which included a pricy meal, along with a personal RV, and a helicopter ride, are now upset with the band The money collected will be donated to charities such as Southampton Fresh Air Home, No Kid Hungry, and the Children’s Medical Fund of New York.
