How To Properly Clean Your Earbuds If your earbuds are constantly attached to your head, you’ve probably noticed that a fair share of grime has built up inside. If your methods of cleaning out the dirt and wax have yielded mixed results, check out this “hack” from a TikTok user. According to Cleanthatup’s post, you need just a few household items to return your headphones to nearly new condition.
First, dig out the debris with a toothpick, then use some rolled up blue tack to remove the rest. Grab a cotton swab with a bit of soaked in cleaning solution to finish the job. How dirty do your earbuds get? What’s your method for cleaning them up?
