Still Waiting For Unemployment Money? It Could Still Be Weeks Before You See It.

Some unemployed Florida workers have been waiting for 2 months to see that first deposit. According to NBC2 that number is in the hundreds of thousands of people still waiting.
The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, the ones responsible for getting that money in the hands of the people who need it say that it could still be weeks before you see money.
The state has actually rejected more claims this week than it accepted.
The state of Florida has a $4 billion dollar fund to pay unemployment, it’s paid out just $315 million over the past two months.
