A New York Man Claims That his Popeyes Chicken Sandwich had a half smoked joint inside of it.
Pete Merdinger said that he purchased two of the sandwiches. He said the first one was fine, but then when he dug into the second one he lost his appetite.
He says on his last couple of bites the joint fell out onto his lap.
He says he could have choked on it or gotten sick from ingesting it.
