The ‘Milk Crate Challenge’ Social Media Trend Is Leaving People Injured Across The World
There’s something new taking over social media. It’s called the Milk Crate Challenge and it involves milk crates stacked up as stairs. The point is to climb them and complete the course. The problem is, towards the middle of the challenge the crates are stacked up 5 or more crates high and get very wobbly as the person tries to complete the course. According to WSB, metro Atlanta health worker reported seeing two cases Sunday of people breaking or fracturing bones when they fell while attempting the Milk Crate Challenge.
The videos usually begin with fun, but end with – well it usually ends bad.

Are there any videos of people actually completing the challenge? Yes, but they aren’t nearly as funny. I will give credit to this video, though. She completed the challenge IN HEELS!
