Jussie Smollett May Be Returning To ‘Empire’

As I’m sure you remember, Jussie was written out of the show after he was brought up on charges of filing a false police report with heavy racial overtones.

But, Empire show runner, Brett Mahoney, says that it would be strange not to have Jamal make an appearance for the finale of the series.  As of now there’s been no decision made.
