John Cena will be a guest on Monday’s Ellen DeGeneres Show. The former wrestler, turned actor, will discuss how the BTS Army came to help him during a vulnerable time as he was discovering self-love.

Cena has released two self-help books, “Be a Work in Progress: And Other Things I’d Like to Tell My Younger Self” and “Do Your Best Every Day to Do Your Best Every Day: Encouraging Words from John Cena,” and with the help of the BTS Army, Cena was able to gain support from the Army while tweeting about self-love at the same time BTS put out their album, “Love Yourself.”

“[The messaging] caught fire because of the BTS Army,” says Cena. “I was essentially sending a similar message to the band. And these books exist because the BTS Army was brave enough to support my vulnerable moment.” Cena also discusses his upcoming movie projects during his appearance on Ellen.
