Florida Woman Gets Drunk, Exposes Herself On A Plane – Gets Arrested
41 year old Florida woman, Mistie Justice Watkins, was arrested at a South Dakota airport after exposing herself to several passengers on the plane. According to the Billings Gazette, Mistie Justice Watkins of Daytona Beach Shores indecently exposed herself to other passengers on the plane and was advised she was going to be put under arrest. The officer noted he could smell alcohol from her person. Not one to go quietly, she also resisted arrest and kicked the officer, resulting in other officers arriving to assist in removing her from the plane. She was charged with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, assault on law enforcement and unlawful occupancy.
