Tampa Area Florida Man Has Tattoo Of Florida On His Forehead

In a quest to become the "Ultimate Florida Man" , I guess.  I give you 22 year old Matthew Leatham of Port Richey, Florida, a Tampa area Florida Man. We were blessed with his mugshot after he was arrested back in January for misuse of the 911 system. He called 911 and asked for someone to give him a ride home. He was given the number for a cab company. When he called 911 for a ride a second time, an officer arrived to arrest him. He, of course, also had weed on him.
