The Cost Of Plastic Is On The Rise And It’s Affecting Restaurants
Uh oh! Now it’s being reported that the price of plastic is costing more.
According to NBC 2, there are a few local business here in the SWFL area that are being affected by the the rising cost of plastic. Where a cup of water use to be free at Artisan in Fort Myers now they are charging 30 cents. Cups are costing more for businesses and basically anything plastic. This is all due to the pandemic, labor shortages and bottlenecks in shipping.
Every week we’re hearing of shortages on something. Let’s hope things get better soon.
